COACHING
I offer a diverse range of coaching sessions tailored to individuals, couples, families, and groups. My approach integrates both mental and physical training, recognizing them as interconnected components of well-being. I have found that when exercising both simultaneously, you maximize the beneficial results of each. The third component I like to add to my sessions is being outside in nature while training when at all possible. I truly believe that this is the perfect trifecta that will enhance your experience to the utmost level.
A typical one hour session will include a brisk 3-mile hike in nature, intertwined with a guided discussion on the topics and concerns of your choice and/or a meditation. These sessions are fully customizable to address your physical and mental needs, preferences, and goals. Some may prefer a slower-paced walk and/or stretching with greater emphasis on psychological aspects, while others may opt for more rigorous physical activities like running or calisthenics.
